These stoppers are used to control the movement of the bait attached to the hook, or the tire on the hook, the shank or handle of the hook, after it has been pulled onto the hook. The hook is completely invisible, only black and hidden. Insert the tip of the hook into the center hole and slowly pull the stopper to the end or handle of the hook. The rubber holds the hook firmly so it doesn't tear or break.
